As part of DISD’s 2015 Bond Program, Simon Engineering led the civil design for a new 32-acre elementary school campus in Wilmer, TX. The project required full site development, long-term drainage planning, and infrastructure coordination to support both the new elementary school and a future middle school planned for the northern half of the property.
Delivered a fully coordinated campus infrastructure plan that supports current student needs while strategically planning for future expansion.
