Simon Engineering is a Dallas-based civil engineering firm specializing in the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure that helps communities thrive. Since 2008, we have partnered with municipalities, transit agencies, school districts, transportation authorities, architects, and private developers to design projects that are functional, resilient, and built to last.

Simon Engineering began with a simple belief: infrastructure should make life better for the people who rely on it.
Our founder, Nikki Simon, PE, launched the firm after years of serving in design and engineering roles on major transportation and municipal projects. Her vision was to combine technical expertise with personalized partnership—providing the responsiveness and accessibility clients deserve without compromising quality or performance.
What started with a single design management contract has grown into a full-service civil engineering firm serving cities, transportation agencies, water districts, architects, developers, and contractors throughout the South Central United States.
