Simon Engineering provided full civil engineering services for the Mill City Townhomes, an affordable housing development in South Dallas led by Innercity Community Development Corporation (ICDC). The 1.1-acre infill site includes eight two-story townhome units designed to integrate with the surrounding neighborhood while modernizing infrastructure in an area historically impacted by underinvestment.
