Overview

Simon Engineering provided civil design services for a 7-lot Habitat for Humanity residential development in Princeton, Texas. The project required resolving erosion and drainage challenges caused by an existing channel running between properties, while also supporting critical utility infrastructure upgrades within the public right-of-way.
