As part of the North Texas Tollway Authority’s Program Management Consultant (PMC) team, Simon provided executive-level oversight of transportation infrastructure delivery for over eight years. Acting on behalf of NTTA, the firm supported day-to-day management of design engineers and coordinated across regional agencies to maintain quality, budget discipline, and schedule performance.
