Simon Engineering is a Dallas-based, civil engineering firm specializing in the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure that helps communities thrive. Since 2008, we have partnered with municipalities, transit agencies, school districts, transportation authorities, architects, and private developers to design projects that are functional, resilient, and built to last.
Our multidisciplinary team brings expertise across roadway design, drainage and flood control, water/wastewater systems, site development, and multimodal planning. Simon Engineering began with a singular goal: to create infrastructure that supports long-term sustainability and enhances the quality of life for the communities we serve.
Our founder, Nikki Simon, PE, launched the firm after years of serving in design and engineering roles on major transportation and municipal projects. Her vision was to combine technical expertise with personalized partnership—providing the responsiveness and accessibility clients deserve without compromising quality or performance.
What started with a single design management contract has grown into a full-service engineering practice serving cities, transportation agencies, water districts, architects, developers, and contractors across six states.
